I have been in the health care now for over 15 years starting in British Army as a combat medical technician before going to the private patient transport sector.

I have achieved various BTEC levels and kept up to date with my CPD training and various online annual medical courses.

Moving to the ambulance service and working as an Emergency Care Assistant on high dependency Ambulances before moving to frontline (999) ambulance role for many years.

Having extensive experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment at most levels that are with-in my scope of practice I have the knowledge and understanding to work as part of a team, I also have the ability to carry out my autonomous practice with confidence.

My Pastimes/Recreation

Lee is a real people person and a family man with 2 children and 3 dogs, I am dynamic and outgoing, enjoys spending time with his Family and Friends, I enjoy going clay pigeon shooting and have gained my firearms licence which is handy on film sets that use weapons or pyrotechnics, like going out on my motorbike to if the weather is good though.

He served with the Metropolitan Police for 26 years as a Police Sergeant leaving as a result of a road Traffic collision, with one Superintendent Commendation, RFU commendation and the Police Good Conduct and Long Service Medal. Has been a trainer for 4 different Training Awarding Bodies including our Training Academy. He set up and obtained CQC Registration for 5 companies. He has been a CQC Registered Manager for 4 ambulances services. He is also a IHCD Technician having served on the 3 Frontline Emergency Services. He has now been appointed as the CQC Nominated Individual on a voluntary basis.

Dr Zain Haider has been a full time Emergency Medicine Consultant in Leeds and Reading. Prior to that he was a medical director in clinical research and a surgeon. Now he splits his time between sports medicine, emergency medicine and supporting us in the pre-hospital and events/sports environments.

Qualified as a paramedic in 2019, qualified diving instructor, specialties in hyperbaric medicine, clinical audits, ipc audits, cardiology, forensics.

I qualified as a paramedic in 2016 having trained at Sheffield Hallam University. Over the following years I have gained vast experience in both frontline operations as well as working within the motorsport, events and remote medicine fields. I have advanced qualifications in prooviding advanced life support, major incident operational command and trauma care.

My Pastimes/Recreation

Outside of work I enjoy hillwalking, mountain biking, the gym and motorcycling.

A Paramedic since 2016. Several of my experiences are wide ranging, from frontline ambulance work, close protection medic, and in urgent and primary care settings. I hold a Bachelor of science in paramedic practice, a masters in practice development and a master’s in advanced paramedic practice (Urgent care). Several of my current practice interests involve enhancing my current practice capabilities, such as, independent non-medical prescribing, advanced patient assessment, minor illness, and injury for advanced practice, advanced cardiology, advanced paediatric assessment, and toxicology.

2019 Paul received a bravery award ‘the Royal Humane Society Testimonial on Parchment’.

He enjoys spending time with his Family and Friends, Sunny Holidays and walking his Long Haired German Shepherd, ‘Nellie’.
